If you know me, you know me for my deadlift. It is how I became who I am today. My deadlift broke world records. It was my favorite lift. My bench was decent for the class I was in. In April 2013, I spent a week by my father's side hoping for a miracle. I took my 25 years with him for granted and I completely and utterly regret it today!
